Hi! I'm Sarah and 7 years ago I discovered yoga during a challenging time of my life. I originally seeked it out as a distraction but instead it showed me a way in which I could form a deeper relationship with my mind, body and soul and find harmony within my circumstances.
Just as each individual is unique so is their yoga practice which is why I like to provide students the tools in which they can begin to build their own personal practice through slow movement, strength building, restoration, breath work and meditation. Each class can be catered to the students personal needs and levels. Not only will we work on developing the physical body but also understanding how yoga transcends off the mat and into our active lives. One of the most valuable things I have taken from my practice is the act of mindfulness - learning to work with the body and mind to help reduce stress and anxiety!

I have had a personal yoga practice for 7 years.
I completed my 200 hour certified yoga teacher training in 2016 under Meghan Currie.
I'm currently undertaking a 100 hour online certified training with My Health Yoga.
I've taught mostly abroad to international and local students in countries such as Australia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Sri Lanka.

Sarah is an excellent yoga teacher. She is very knowledgeable on all techniques, has great patience especially if you are just starting to learn and motivated to help you achieve your goal whether that be improving your health mentally or physically (or both).
Sarah is a great yoga teacher, I highly recommend her. I was a complete beginner and she was very patient with me every step of the way. She is always positive, calm and will adjust her teaching to suit the student. She not only taught me well but she helped me to relax, focus and built up my confidence.
