Beginners are welcome! I come from a bodybuilding and strength background but I also have experience training clients with weight/fat loss goals. I'm looking for clients who need assistance with their training such as programming, technique and goal setting. I can offer 30min, 1hour or 1.5 hour sessions. I'm open to anyone who is currently training at any gym at any experience level. A standard session structure will depend on your goals and current program. Initial sessions will include goal setting, assessment of techniques, programming and nutrition. Sessions will be conducted at Goodlife Mt Gravatt after hours and on weekends. No membership required. English and Mandarin speaking clients are welcome.
I'm in my final year of my Exercise and Sports Science degree at UQ. I have my certificate III & IV in fitness, qualified to be a personal trainer. I've done my training for couple of months at Snap Fitness Buranda and at university. I've trained beginners to experienced clients with goals of losing fat, gaining strength and building muscle.
