My teaching methodology is soundly based on the TESOL methodology. This on its own is more than ample to teach 3-4 new words per lesson to (for eg) Vietnamese students (of all age groups 2 y/o to 60 plus y/o) that cannot speak or understand English. The TESOL methodology is my foundation the additional methodology is based on not only personal experiences but additionally guidance from ESL methods and other teachers based (at the time) in Vietnam. As a result of my experience I was annually called upon to be a Guest Judge at the prestigious HCMC Vietnamese 'Universities Have Got English Talent' competitions. My predominant focus is Pronunciation, Communications & Business English.
My career as a Nationsl Retail Loss Prevention/Security Coordinator/Investigator spanned 28 years. That experience took me to different countries and provided an absolute smorgasbord of different amazing experiences (and future English lessons). In Melbourne, Australia 2009 I attained my TESOL Certification (licensed to Teach English) and in 2013 relocated to Vietnam to teach English with my focus on Pronunciation, Communications, Business English, IELTS Preperation and additionally I became a TESOL Instructor assisting Vietnamese to become English Teachers. I presently tutor Vietnamese University students, proffesional business people and have several online students (that reside in Vietnam) back here in Australia. i have been a TESOL Teacher since late 2009 and it is one of the most rewarding choices one should make in life.
I will offer students an alternative discount depending on the size of their group. Books and materials (USB's etc) the students will pay for however as I have access to many educational resources I try my hardest to keep any book costs to a minimum.

I had the opportunity to study with teacher Barry when he was in Vietnam 2 years ago. I was shy and scared to speak English in my first class because my pronunciation was not clear. He has helped and motivated me to be more confident and relaxed about English. His lessons were very funny and interesting, often combined with outside activities. He is one of my favorite teachers! Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi!!!!!!
Barry is one of greatest English teachers I used to learn. His accent is like native speaker but still easy to understand.
He is also a caring person who is always aware of level of each student & find solution for them. He has some extra tips when learning English which is very helpful to my English study.
If you just start learning Eng. or would like to "innovate" your pronunciation, learn Mr.Barry!
