As a recent school leaver and a current university student, I know the importance of positive study habits and starting early. For me, I like to not only focus on ensuring the students understand the academic side of their question or task, but to make sure they know the importance of remembering those answers and revising back over them. I am super flexible, and mould to the student. If they need constant attention and guidance, I'm on it. If they are independent and only like assistance when needed I'm not going to be helicoptering over them.
I am a current student at Deakin University studying my Bachelor in Law and Psychological Sciences, and I am also enrolled at Chisholm Tafe awaiting my Certificate III in Educational Support. I have experience tutoring both primary school students and early high school students, in a range of all subjects with all students at very different levels. I love one-on-ones, but also think students can thrive in group sessions (and it's cheaper too!).
