Practice Practice Practice is about as ridged as art gets. I think the best way to learn a technique is to do it 50 times over until you can comfortably galvanize your own way of doing it. Beyond the basic learning of how to format your art and use your utensils, I like to teach a student to find their own style and stick to it.
I am a sciences student with a deep background in the arts. I mostly work with black ink, but my styles include realism, pointillism, and fantasy. During university I use art as a secondary income and sell my works or take commissions for customers. I have taught art as a substitute teacher in Texas and I am most proud of the way my style of teaching gets students excited about creating and using their imagination in art!
If I have to travel outside of the 5km range of my area I may have to charge for bus fare!
