We all work at our own pace.
When you climb with me you will always be comfortable with the limits that you will push.
Lessons will begin with a short strength and balance training session to monitor your progess so that I am able to continually gauge your personal improvement.
If you are interested this session can be lengthened to improve your strength/balance.
Then you will enjoy the simple pleasure of climbing whilst I provide assistance on the technical aspects.
I began climbing during my time at university as a method to relieve stress and stay mentally sharp. I quickly realised how this hobby improved both my personal and professional life. Before I knew it I was addicted to the sport and have not looked back 5 years later.
