Author and Resilience Coach teaches effective skills to reduce stress and deal with hardships

Methodology

Your classes will be delivered via zoom and begin with a brief discussion of your wellbeing goals.
You will be given a comprehensive e-book called The Power of Resilience which will provide you with powerful and effective resources to help you to reduce stress and build resilience- empowering you to deal with hardships and boost your health, happiness and performance.
You will learn what stress really is, why it's important to manage, the warning signs, 12 character virtues essential for resilience and lifestyle habits that will serve you well.

Background

Natalie believes that wellbeing is possible if we prepare ourselves for pain. In other words, if we are resilient. She brings to her classes a treasure chest of tried and tested methodologies to boost your health, happiness & performance. Drawn to the world of wellness after her own world fell apart, Natalie subsequently contracted cancer. After years of formal study (Mind Body Medicine, Kinesiology, HeartMath and life coaching), life experience and exploring human resilience through her book writing, Natalie’s mission is to make happier, resilient people.
