My teaching method will involve asking you or the class members the areas you'd like to focus on, chatting about it and then gradually introducing the learner to basic steps and then a complicated sequence once I realise that your body and mind have come to the same understanding. Teaching in this way guarantees that movement will feel good.
I am a dancer, I began professional training at the age of 14 attending an arts school in Melbourne and then WAAPA post high school. I have been classically trained majority of my training but throughout WAAPA I focused on contemporary. I have always engaged in yoga and pilates also and can assist in any areas of the body which require strengthening and a considered awareness. I have an in-depth understanding and knowledgable background about the human body and am always keen to assist others.

-I have a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in dance, my thesis associated with this degree focusing on body image, aesthetic and pain and injury in dance.
- I have participated in dance workshops overseas, the program titled B12 in Berlin. The workshops include teachers from the Akram Khan and Hofesh Shechter Dance Companies.
- Before this I completed a Bachelor of Arts (Dance), whilst attending yoga 4 times a week post WAAPA. Also engaging in my own mat work deriving exercises from pilates, meditation, and body conditioning.
-During my second year at WAAPA I travelled to Taipei Taiwan for 6 months learning how to practice their dance technique including Tai Chi.
