For me, it is extremely important to help the students to build skills and confidence in what they do. Making sure that each and individual student are fully understanding of what their tasks are and how to approach them. Finding methods to engage with the individual students as much as possible to open their minds to find new creative ways they can explore.
I am a graduate student from the University of Wollongong(2021) and holds a diploma from the College of design and textile in Norway(2012). Been doing private commissions since 2014, with alterations, sewing techniques, design and textile and fashion design.
I am newly graduated from the University of Wollongong(2021) with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, holding a Secondary College Diploma in Design & Textile.
I am now currently employed as the Deputy Administrator at ANSA Wollongong (Association of Norwegian Students Abroad). I was previously one of the Sales Managers at one of Norway's largest pet shops, which meant that I did some paid courses all over Oslo where I taught students and young adults that were new in the industry how to engage in customers and how to approach the best service possible.
