About the lesson

Ballet class adapted to all levels of physical fitness. Great for men and women of all ages (as well as beginners) who are wanting the benefits of classical dance.

My classes will be perfect for people who:

• Want to correct their posture
• Get rid of back pain
• Harmoniously strengthen their muscles
• Become more flexible
• Sit in the split position
• Learn to dance plasticly and with pleasure
• Or just fulfill a childhood dream - to be a ballet dancer

ABOUT THE LESSON:

1. We start on the mats, warm up and prepare our bodies with special movements for exercise at the barre.
2. We come to the barre for a few movement for body strength and flexibility. (For online lessons the back of a chair or a window sill can be used as a barre).
3. We come to the center of studio to dance, jump, spin and have a lot of fun!

Also I provide classes for children age of 6 - 16 years to professionally prepare them for Ballet Academy audition.

About Evgeniya

At the age of 6 I found ballet. From then, until now, it has remained a focal point in my life. I studied at the ballet college and graduated with honours in 2010. Later I completed my master degree in ballet teaching & choreography. Shortly after, I moved to Australia and joined Brisbane Ballet.

Perfect! Evgeniya is an excellent ballet teacher! If you want to understand and learn the quality, strength and joy of ballet - she’s great! Evgeniya has extensive training in Ballet from Moscow and Brisbane ballet schools. She is also trained as a yoga teacher - which helps dance immensely!
