I like to approach teaching by understanding what a student wants to achieve. I then structure any lessons to meet that requirement while keeping a relaxed, fun aspect to learning. I will teach basic skills to enable students to tackle the most complicated of dishes up to entire dinner parties.
I have many years experience as an Executive Chef with my career spanning 5 star properties and fine dining restaurants. I am trade qualified and have a diploma in Hospitality Management. I like to make cooking fun and have always had a passion to share good food.
