I am a certified Yoga Teacher (300hrs RYT). My certifications include Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga (50hrs) and Yin Yoga (50hrs).
I offer all-rounded Slow Flow or Vinyasa yoga classes that allow students to build strength and foundation while connecting movement with the breath, with a specific focus on alignment.
I also offer Yin classes to students who are after a slow and meditative practice focused on gentle stretches and longer holds.

I believe in Yoga as a way to develop a greater sense of awareness of our bodies and to build a deeper and more compassionate connection with ourselves. As a teacher, I strive to hold a space where students feel safe and empowered to explore past their perceived limitations.
My classes are creatively sequenced on a specific theme and/or peak pose to fulfill a specific purpose. Students who have attended my classes have said that my teaching style is nurturing, calm and grounding, but always with a spark of fun!

I have completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at One Hot Yoga Potts Point (Yoga Alliance certified) in April 2019.
Since then, I have been teaching permanently at multiple Yoga studios including One Hot Yoga in Potts Point and Scout Pilates.
