About Valerie
I have over 10 years of experience teaching chemistry at multiple levels, holding a B.Sc in Chemistry and an M.Sc in Chemical Technology. My journey has focused on helping students develop conceptual clarity, analytical reasoning, and practical skills in understanding and applying chemical principles.
I teach using a hands-on, student-centered approach, combining visual aids, laboratory simulations, problem-solving exercises, and scenario-based applications. Students are encouraged to explore independently, ask questions, and develop a deep understanding of chemical concepts.

My lessons cover a wide range of topics, including atomic theory, molecular bonding, reaction mechanisms, thermodynamics, kinetics, spectroscopy, and analytical techniques. I emphasize conceptual understanding through demonstrations, visual explanations, real-world examples, and guided problem-solving. Lessons are customized for each student. Beginners focus on atomic structures, bonding, basic reactions, and simple laboratory techniques. Intermediate learners explore reaction kinetics, equilibria, organic synthesis pathways, and analytical problem-solving.
