I prefer in person conversations but am happy to Skype or share emails back and forth. Lessons look more like shared dialogue and conversations, working together to help you move forward. It's important to be heard and shared your voice, and sometimes to have an ear, a third party, that is outside what you are living every day to help guide and support you. Sometimes there will be homework that may look like journaling, meditating, or a variety of other activities.
I am new to Brisbane but have traveled and lived abroad before this big leap. I am originally from Montana, USA, and am studying to be a mediator. I am passionate about supporting people in figuring out what makes them know joy and how they continue to grow through life's challenges. I am looking to help you resolve interpersonal conflicts in your life, help you grow professionally and personally, figure out how to manage stress efficiently and productively, and coach you through big changes if you are seeking something more.
