Entering the volleyball world is entering a world of respect, passion, and challenges. I like to emphasize all of these during practice. The whole sport is base on team efforts, hence a strong cohesion among players is an absolute priority. I encourage a positive dynamic using cooperation games and challenges.
The technique is another essential aspect that is approached step by step and practiced repeatedly to build a strong basis. Since every player is different, I like to spend time with each of them individually as well as collectively to support their progression.
I played nationally in Switzerland until I started my studies at Deakin University. I used to coach junior teams within my club and ref regionally. Last season, I joined Victoria University's premier team. Meanwhile, I ran weekly training sessions for Deakin University Volleyball Club. Teaching volleyball has become second nature! I train beginners to intermediate players of all age.
