My two Teaching and Education Master’s degrees guide me to be creative and innovative in class and to design high quality language lessons for my students, and years of teaching experiences help me to handle and teach students of diversity on different language levels.
Our curriculum and lessons structures would be customised and designed based on the student’s language level, examination requires and their personality. Varied teaching methods have been used in my class, including Immersion, Task-based language learning, Grammar-translation and Communicative language teaching and so on.
I received a very positive feedback from all my language programs, here is a part of comment from one of my DFAT students: “She was particularly helpful in utilising a variety of media in her classes and targeting particular areas of study of great practical value for starting life in Beijing. Her innovative approach has placed me in an excellent position to begin intensive in-country language training, and with her constant support and encouragement, I feel highly motivated to make the most of the next ten months.”
I have got two Master’s degrees in Teaching and Education, and I have been giving lessons in different departments and University since 2013.
Currently, I am teaching diplomats in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; as well as defence students, following the Australian Defence Language Proficiency Rating Scale. I have also got experience in teaching students from the Department of Home Affairs, and university students at the University of Canberra.
All of my DFAT, Defence and University students passed their exams and have been very satisfied with our courses, and some of them are still in touch with me.
