Methodology
My teaching methods have a student-centred focus and use a variety of methods to suit the individual student. My PhD focused on teaching methods and different models to suits individuals. It looked at the importance of social connectedness for learning, the use of experts and guest lecturers and student engagement.
Background
I have lectured and taught law for over 15 years at UTAS, both face to face and on-line. I also have a really good knowledge of Legal Studies having mentored students at college also. I have taught over 600 students and have two excellence awards at the University level. I am also able to teach skills, coaching and reflective journaling.
