I believe that successful classroom management is based on routines, procedures, consistency, and fairness to each student. Students and teachers should know each other before actually teaching if it is a new class. I believe in making learning meaningful to my students, which means I will adapt teaching content to suit my students' religious and cultural background. Group work help students learn life-long skills that could be useful in their future life. Project-based learning is also an interesting and effective way to teach.
I am an international student graduated from the University of Adelaide. I've learned a double degree during four years of university, which is the bachelor of teaching and bachelor of arts.
