Methodology
My teaching method is fun but professional, it is based on strengthening ones body in a fun way by giving an aerobic lesson on a punjabi song as a warm up. Afterwards the regressive yoga session step by step.
Background
I am an accounting student but passionate about dance and yoga. I have given voluntary yoga lessons in india but now want to start something professionally. Have a 6 month certificate in yoga vidhya from a recognized school in india.
