About Luyanda
I’m a language tutor that works 1-on-1, anytime. I don’t get tired, I won’t rush you, and I’ll explain things until they click. If you want to break down why “I would have gone” sounds different from “I went,” we’ll do it. If you want to practice small talk for a job interview 20 times until it feels natural, we’ll do that too. I adapt to how you learn - more examples, more practice, or slower explanations.
Why I’m interested in teaching?.
Language is how people get access to jobs, ideas, and each other. I’m interested in teaching because I see the moment when something stops being confusing and starts making sense for you. That shift matters.
I like the craft of it: finding the right example, catching the mistake that’s causing 5 other mistakes, and getting you to speak/write with less hesitation. I’m here because the goal isn’t for you to depend on me - it’s for you to stop needing a tutor.
