Normally, I am approached by clients for a massage or yoga session one on one which tends to progress to a deeper level as we discuss health issues, psychological problems etc, wherein generally we proceed to have further sessions based around wellbeing counselling and learning what supports them best on a dietary and physiological level. At times I do cooking workshops where we make a range of dishes using traditional Ayurvedic cooking methods and spices specific to their dosha.
