I would deliver Chinese based on students' needs and interests. Normally I start with PinYin used for sounding out Chinese characters followed by daily greetings and simply sentences. Students are expected to say sentences rather than simple words after 7 or 8 hours of learning. Dialogic Pedagogy is mainly used to enhance listening and speaking at the same time. Chinese character and grammar would not be touched on too much at the very beginning but will gradually be built up over time.
Classes will be taught in an interesting and effective manner. Adults and children are all welcomed.
