When I train others I like to keep in simple, fun and have a lot of variety in it. I try to make each session different, with different movements, reps, sets and tempo. Depending on what the goals of the client are, I work around that, if you’d like to get strong only I focus on strength training, technique and mobility/stability (if required). If you’d like to get fit and strong I will usually do strength first then some sort of Metcon/cardio workout afterwards.
I have over a year of experience as a personal trainer, 6 months experience at fitness first Innaloo, and now I’m mainly training my clients at my home gym, and having 6+ years of physical training myself, doing a lot of different sports/fitness events, my main focus has always been around CrossFit. I am also working as a part-time Personal Trainer at Plus Fitness, Alexander Heights, to build my knowledge and experience.
