I'm good at skating backwards, which is really beneficial when the student is trying to skate forward. If the student almost fall I will hold them, and also I start basic lessons by teaching them how to fall without injuring themselves.
Hello! I'm a second year student from the university of melbourne, and I've been skating since I was a child. I can teach you how to stand, walk, skate forwards, skills to speed up, positions to fall without injuring yourself, several ways to stop, several ways to turn, how to skate backwards, how to turn 180 degree... etc. I'm currently learning basic slalom skating and I'm particularly good with kids!
Amy has a very enthusiastic personality and she really makes learning the language interesting! I got a lot of help on my chinese assignments and improved my understanding of how to read words in a logical way. Chinese is hard but definitely worth learning, I can at least not panic when someone speaks mandarin to me hahahaha
Amy has a great attention to detail when explaining how to use new mandarin vocab. She explains many of the possible uses of the words and all the contations that differentiate it from similar words. She is always enthusiastic and willing to help.
