I customize the program for each group (client) based on their goals and experience level, whether it be enhancing sports performance, general fitness, relaxation or rehabilitation. Depending on the needs of the students, I adjust the class style accordingly and offer different options and variations, encouraging students to listen to their body, ensuring everybody enjoys the class as well as the benefits of the practice.
In my teachings, I also embrace principles of movement methods, which combines functional movement, strength, alignment, stability work with mindful breathing and flow. Through creative yet methodical sequences and mindful cueing, I witness many students develop a strong, consistent and balanced practice.
I teach yoga and pilates full time. I am also a climbing instructor.
I obtained an BA (understaffed degree) in Mathematics and Computation, and a master degree in Applied Statistics. Because of my passing for yoga and pilates, I completely changed my career path to become a full-time yoga/pilates/climbing instructor.
Average rate is $50per class (varies between $45 to $60, depending on client’s location and time slot).
I am a full-time yoga teacher and have taught over 2500 hours of classes and workshops. Over the years, I have been studying with many experienced teachers from all over the world. I am currently based in GTA (Ontario), and offer classes and workshops to yoga studios, gyms as well as corporate groups and private clients.
Specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, I also teach hatha, yin and restorative. I customize yoga programs for individual clients (groups) to help them achieve their goals, whether it be enhancing sports performance, general fitness or relaxation.
I have experience teaching group classes, corporate classes as well as (semi)private classes with a wide range of client profiles, including senior groups, kids, athletes, clients with special needs (scoliosis, prenatal, rehab from injuries) and general classes.
