About Sahana
Hi, I’m Sahana, a high school student going into Grade 11. I’ve always enjoyed math and have done well in school, but what I really love is helping others feel more confident in it. Over the past couple of years, I’ve tutored younger students and worked as a swim instructor, which taught me how to explain things clearly and adapt to different learning styles. I started tutoring because I know how frustrating it can be when a subject feels confusing—and I want to help make it less stressful and more manageable for others.

Whether you’re working on homework, preparing for a test, or just want to feel more confident in math, I’ll adjust the pace and approach to suit you. I use simple explanations, examples, and practice problems to help things click. I tutor students from Grades 1 to 10, and lessons can be online or in-person. My goal is to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes—because that’s how real learning happens.
