About Luca

I am an endurance runner and coach with a passion for unusual running adventures and helping people training their body and mind to achieve often seemingly impossible feats.
I am proud to have helped runners breaking personal best from Half Marathon, Marathon and ultra long distances over 100km, or multiple marathons in multiple days. Everyone enjoying the process of training, and learning about themselves and their incredible potentials.
I work with beginners to experienced runners, who are committed to take their running to the next level.

About the lesson

After an initial conversation and information gathering session to assess your level of fitness, running history, availability for training and goals, I put together a weekly training plan.
The plan is available in an online training platform which is free for you to access and have a beautiful smartphone app which sync with your GPS watch and you can use to add comments to every session.

The training program is bespoke and prepared 2 weeks in advance and I review your comments and feedback on the individual sessions DAILY.

You have unlimited access to me via email, messages via the training platform, and in person if you happen to be in Sydney, Australia!
