About Marina
I enjoy nature, food and talks with my grandmother while drinking a glass of water. I love soaking up everything that surrounds me, every experience, every moment lived. It wasn't always like that, it didn't always seem to me that life was beautiful and worth living. Now I want to share all this with you, connect with people and the environment that surrounds us.

I found the practice of Yoga when I needed it most. I soon knew that I wanted to share this practice that had healed me. After a personal practice, guided by my teachers for years, I decided to travel to study intensively and acquire my certificate.
My teaching is a reflection of my daily research on my mat, and off it. I have trained with different teachers whom I deeply admire. If there is something that I love more than teaching, it is learning. I consider myself an eternal student. That is why I try to approach the practice in a humble and close way, as equals. My classes try to give you the space you need to get closer to yourself, through movement, breathing, meditation, mantras...
I have specialized in Hatha and Vinyasa, I love both practices and I would like to bring you both according to your needs. My intention is to bring the practice of yoga to all kinds of people, please do not think that you are not valid or enough. If you're already wondering, you already have your answer :)

La forma que tiene Marina de dar sus clases es súper especial. Te hace conectar con tu cuerpo y con el suelo que pisas a la vez que te hace flotar. Totalmente recomendable.
Marina te puede guiar en tus primeros pasos en el yoga, es paciente, transmite paz y te ayuda a mejorar tus posturas. Seguro que también te ayudará a consolidar para practicar de esta disciplina. Domina el inglés, por lo que es un aspecto también interesante.
Marina es una profesora muy paciente y amable. Tengo una lesión y me guío con ajustes especificas durante toda la clase sin romper el ritmó. La recomiendo sin duda!
