My philosophy is that we can only truely see and feel the benefits of Yoga and exercise on our physical bodies once we have felt them within our mental and emotional bodies
My intention is to help my clients to identify the ways in which they enjoy moving their bodies. Once this has been established, we can identify which types of activities and exercises will intrinsically motivate them, and from there we can start to evolve and expand their practices and begin to achieve their personal goals

My style is predominantly Hatha Yoga, and typically more on the grounding, restorative side. This means deep stretches with gentle transitions and an emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. However, I enjoy many different styles of Yoga, therefore I often experiment with and take influence from styles including Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga
I teach beginners Hatha Yoga (suitable for all levels!) every Monday evening at Gunyama Park, Zetland and every Thursday morning at Victoria Park Pool, Camperdown
I am also currently taking further studies in Yoga in the form of a Diploma in Yoga Teaching, in which I expand my knowledge and experiences with Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Ayer Veda
My personal passion is weight training and I also specialise in womens resistance training. I have a keen interest in core strength and glute building training in particular and love helping women to achieve their goals. I also have a passion for helping clients to achieve their weight loss goals. My approach to training is extremely warm, empathetic and motivational. I believe in the power of moving our bodies to not only build mobility and strength, but also mental resilience through these challenging times.
