Methodology

My teaching methodology is to learn about the student first and then give a more real world approach to theories. I find giving real world experiences makes things easier to learn. I am a patient person who understands the difficulty of learning complex topics.

Background

I have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and have 15 years of experience in higher education with 10 years in an administrator role. I also serve as the Executive Director for a non-profit that supports higher education and am passionate about helping others.
