About Raina

I’ve done courses from universities abroad like John Hopkins, Yale, Upen, and I’m currently doing a nutrition and wellness course from Arizona State University. I’ve graduated with a 100 in the sciences and I have a lot-of experience having struggled with weight loss and pcod myself. I am sure I will be able to guide you and change your whole mindset towards eating right and being healthy.

About the lesson

I believe that eating right is a way of life and that health is wealth. Strong is the new skinny. I specialise in dealing with PCOD and other conditions that make it hard to lose weight. I am even equipped to teach basic fitness to complement your diets. You will receive a meal plan for the whole week, plus exercise tips, and I will be available on WhatsApp to guide you
