Life is such a beautiful string of experiences, and what makes it different for few is the way the experiences where processed. I learnt from my leaders to chose your leader at every instance of life, you aren't a leader if you don't realize this. A true leader will not preach you to follow his exact same steps, but the one who'll make you understand yourself and write the first lines to your biography.
I was the youngest 22 year old to hold an position to manage 40 member team with people from all ages part of the team. It was not an easy task to steer a team towards common goals if the team is not connected to the leader and also with its own team members. My guru showed me the principle of perceptions as the key to solve all issues in profession and personal front as well. But still it was not always success that struck me, but nothing struck my team down.
My Experience has been more on self exploration and experiences. Hope to walk with you through more experiences and show you whatever my leaders have shown me
