In our lessons, you'll learn how to build, customize, and manage a professional WordPress website from start to finish — no coding experience needed. I can teach you using any popular page builder, whether that's Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, or whichever tool fits your project best. Prefer working without a page builder? I also teach the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) and custom HTML/CSS for those who want full control over their site.

Here's what we can cover based on your goals: WordPress setup and hosting, choosing and customizing themes, creating pages and blog posts, installing and configuring essential plugins, basic SEO to help your site show up on Google, setting up custom email and contact forms, troubleshooting common WordPress issues, and keeping your site fast, secure, and up to date.

Every lesson is tailored to you and your preferred tools. I use screen-sharing with live, real-world examples — not slides or textbooks. If you get stuck between sessions, I'm always happy to help. By the end of our time together, you won't just know how to use WordPress — you'll feel confident managing and growing your own website independently.

  • Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

My first experience with a computer was during school. I still remember how fascinating it felt to use basic programs like Paint and Word for the first time. It felt like a whole new world had opened before me. Even though I didn't understand much at the time, I was curious about how it all worked behind the scenes, and that curiosity slowly grew into a passion.
  • What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?

The rise of smartphones really changed everything for me. Accessing the internet, apps, and endless tools in your pocket was a massive shift. As for the future, I think AI and automation will be a significant turning point. They're already starting to reshape how we work and learn, and I believe they will make technology even more accessible to everyone.
  • Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.

My main expertise is making technology easier for people to understand and use. I've spent years helping individuals and small businesses navigate platforms like WordPress and optimize their online presence. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps. This skill is so important in a world that's becoming more digital every day because it empowers people to take control of their own projects without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

I respect tech visionaries for their impact, but I'm more inspired by everyday learners and creators. People who start with no background in tech but work hard to build something for themselves or their community show real dedication. Their determination motivates me to keep teaching and learning every day.
  • Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

One of my early projects was helping a family friend set up their small online shop. I thought it would be a simple task, but we ran into unexpected issues midway through-from payment setup troubles to design decisions. What stood out to me was how we solved problems together, step by step, learning along the way. It was a tangible reminder that technical skills aren't just about knowing the answers; they're about staying calm, thinking creatively, and enjoying figuring things out.
  • What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?

First, I would tell them it's completely normal to feel that way. Technology can seem complicated because it's full of unfamiliar terms and fast-changing tools, but it becomes much easier to understand once you start breaking things down into smaller pieces. With the proper guidance, anyone can learn it step by step.
  • What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?

Outside of technology, I enjoy writing and exploring new topics through books and articles. I also like spending time outdoors to balance out screen time - whether it's going for walks or just enjoying nature. I find that it helps me come back to work with fresh energy and new ideas.
  • What makes you a Superprof in IT?

What makes me a Superprof isn't just the years of experience - it's how I approach every lesson like a partnership. Whether it's helping someone set up their very first blog, untangling a tricky redirect issue, or helping a small business run their online store smoothly, I treat each challenge as something we'll tackle together. I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck, staring at the screen with no idea what to do next. My lessons are hands-on, supportive, and focused on actual progress. We troubleshoot, explore solutions, and build your confidence as we go. It's not just about teaching - it's about making sure you feel capable and empowered every step of the way.
