My teaching methodology is learning the basics, master the beginner steps and help you understand that making mistakes is not only natural but a really good way to learn.
My general plan on how I am going to teach my student is face to face and teaching them directly what they need to in order to improve their study and assist them on their assessments in order to bring out the best possible outcome for the Student
My teaching method would be conversation based. However, it will be flexible how to process the lesson whether you would prefer writing or speaking. I will be happy to help to improve or start the language either speaking or writing.

We will be trying to work on the pronunciation , as I am also a Japanese native speaker as I am in English. Surely will make sure you develop in the vocabulary content as well as writing and reading, tarting from hiragana, to katakana, and kanji.
My teaching method is using text books, which Minnano-Nihongo. It is the basic material of learning Japanese, Of course you can also use your own textbook, if you have it. My class should be interesting and fun, since based on my experience learning another language is quite tough, and takes a long time. For the reason that I might avoid serious and nervous in my class.
My teaching method is using illustrations to help students visually understand the content better as well as having an interactive Q&A style class.
Can your native Japanese tutor answer all your questions to your satisfaction? Do they explain subtle nuances or how to properly pronouce difficult sounds in a way you can understand? It is your tutor someone visiting on a student or working holiday visa? A native speaker doesn't necessarily make the best teacher. Learning from a mature, professional Japanese translator and speaker has many merits.
I do not really prefer to teach or learn a language without any fun or interesting structure. That's what I have cared mostly since I started learning languages. I can teach you grammar, speaking, how you can avoid from making an accent that other people tend to make.. etc.
After examining student's abilities, I'll then provide lesson that suits his or her level the best. I often start off my lesson with what I call "warm up". Basically "warm up" is just a brief conversation with me in Japanese to be ready to start the lesson.
My teaching method is leaning while having fun! I also personalize your lesson depends on your purpose :) If you want me to prepare teaching materials, I'm happy to bring some, or you're welcome to bring your own material that you want to use!
