My teaching method will depend on different students. So in our first class, we will first set our goal, for example if the goal is "lose weight", then we will focus on the "weight". But if the goal is to "shape your body", then we will actually focus on "muscle building" etc. Also, I would like to video-record when I am teaching, so that we can all see the difference between now-and-then.
