About the lesson

I am a big believer in practicing mindfulness so I enjoy a little meditation session with my students prior to teaching.
There is no right or wrong, I am here to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. I am motivated to evoke a cathartic experience that will leave you with a new element of dance/confidence each lesson.

About Ruchi

A devoted dance instructor at Arthur Murray Dance Studios & currently completing a Bachelor of Arts (major in Performing Arts Industries: Dance).

17 years of experience in different styles such as: hip-hop, Bollywood, commercial jazz, Afrobeat and more.

Volunteer work: undertook choreography and dance routines for the community as part of Multicultural Day.
Hornsby Shire Council organised event (2013).

I immensely enjoy freestyle and choreographing routines for all ages as I get to understand their style of dancing better.
