My journey in Mathematics began with an early fascination with patterns, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I developed a solid foundation in both theory and application. Over 11 years of teaching experience, I have supported students ranging from elementary school math learners to those preparing for SAT math and Calculus. My teaching philosophy centers on making abstract concepts tangible, encouraging curiosity, and helping learners develop structured reasoning and confidence. I prioritize understanding each student’s learning style to tailor explanations effectively. I use step-by-step guidance, visualization techniques, and real-world examples to clarify complex topics in geometry, algebra, and Calculus. Lesson pacing and content are tailored to the learner’s level. Elementary learners focus on number sense, arithmetic, and basic reasoning. Middle-level students strengthen algebraic thinking, proportional reasoning, and geometry visualization typical of middle school math. Advanced learners explore algebra, SAT math techniques, and introductory Calculus concepts with emphasis on accuracy, logical progression, and analytical reasoning.
