My teaching methods would include providing problem sets to the students because I believe one learns best through solving complex questions. As a student I used to make plaque cards to help me with concepts that needed memorization and I would apply the same methods with my students. Since I used to have some learning problems as a child, I would be able to relate better to students who need extra help and have learning disabilities. I'm a very patient person so would never get flustered or frustrated with repetitive questions. I'm able to teach chemistry at any grade level upto 1st and 2nd year of university.
I am a medicinal chemistry major with a strong background in advanced organic chemistry, physical chemistry and inorganic chemistry. I also took the lab courses associated with these classes and have experience writing good quality lab reports. Furthermore, I have 16 months of coop experience at various chemical labs where I had to explain methodologies and experimental results to coworkers during group meetings so I am able to convey concepts quite efficiently.
