I approach the lesson by first discussing with you what factors in your life are causing stress, discussing any details or strategies you have put in place for stress management. I then go into my stress management techniques including mindfulness, exercise, and organizational strategies.
I am a social worker. I studied my masters at La Trobe University. I've been assisting friends and family with stress management since before I started my course, about 6 years. Many friends and family members have said my attention to detail and looking at all the issues in their life is important to them.
