My teaching method focuses on keep it simple,pain free and also fun. My goal is to make physical activity enjoyable so you WANT to move more. I will do my best to prescribe session to cater client's condition, limitation also motivation of the day. I do not focus on short term results but rather focus on creating long term sustainable active healthy life style.
I am a personal trainer for 5 years and became mobile trainer last 2 years. I have trained over 30 people one on one lesson, small group of clients also gym classes. I also have 30+ years of various martial arts experiences.
