« Brad’s coaching is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. I have been involved in fitness, health and competitive sports from a young age, so I wasn’t a beginner when I started training with Brad. Whilst I did have a lot of experience, I didn’t know everything! In fact, Brad was able to teach me a lot about different ways of training and his coaching took my fitness to new levels. He set exciting goals tailored to me and kept me accountable while being an inspiring mentor and motivator. Alongside Brad I achieved a personal best result in a long distance running race and also significantly increased my strength-to-body-mass ratio. It’s been a few years since I trained with Brad due to an interstate move, but to date, he has been the best personal trainer I ever had, setting the bar impossibly high for anyone who followed thereafter. Thank you Brad for everything you’ve done for me and the heartfelt work you continue to put into the lives of others through your passion for health and fitness. Highly recommended! »

I love training students to ask questions to help develop skills to come up with their own answers and solutions through exploration.

I feel this works effectively with both groups and individual learning.

I’m a Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coach. I have education and experience in Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Trainer Development & management experience.
