In my class you will experience gentle yoga postures that may also challenge you mildly; learn controlled breathing and how to let go of tension. Practising yoga is also about learning to be more aware of yourself and bringing this learning into your life.
I have been practising yoga since 1972 and teaching since 1978. Having learnt the traditional practices of yoga in India, I endeavour to impart these ancient techniques to the modern day person. All classes include postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
In person Group Yoga Meditation classes are $15 for the hour class or $13 concession
Private class is $75 for a hour session.
Join in by Zoom and it is $15 per week for uptown 4 classes or $100 for 10 weeks.
