My teaching method involves inner work, inner reflexion, breathing exercises, healing from within while being present with the body restrains. Meditation is one the most important form of healing and a third of my practices methodology involve particular guided meditation sessions according to what you’re in need.
I started really young with ballet classes, and grew with dancing performances, gymnastics, and my first yoga practice was 10 years ago and since then Ive just been very interested in the spiritual path and exploring the mind and soul connection.

I have had several yoga classes with Diana and she’s great at understanding the room - which kind of people are there and how “far” can we go, so that everyone’s enjoying it. She’s very attentive and puts focus on the individual and the collective. Other than that she’s just an awesome human.
