Programs are based on individual and group requirements with an approach to achieve a healthy mind and body, build stamina, flexibility and relieve pains.
Gaining my Yoga knowledge from the Yoga Capital of the world, Rishikesh,I have been working as a Freelance Yoga Instructor in India where I have conducted over 300 hours of personal Hatha Yoga and meditation sessions and 200 hours of group sessions with diverse age groups.
My expertise includes different aspects of Hatha Yoga (Pranayama, Asana, Shatkarma) and meditation practices.

Yoga Nidra/meditation: Promotes deep rest and relaxation, calms the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
Introductory Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: Dynamic form of Yoga with physical, emotional, mental and intellectual benefits. Develops strength and flexibility, tones muscles, lubricates joints, massages internal organs, releases chronic tension, improves circulation, helps with weight loss, calms restless thoughts, and promotes inner peace.
