I had the pleasure of being Michael's guitar student through 2020 in conjunction with my vocational training.

Michael is an incredibly intuitive teacher who tailors his teaching style and methods to suit the individual needs of his students. He is a patient and nurturing mentor that helped me overcome hurdles and difficulties I encountered as I progressed as a guitarist.

Michael has a vast and comprehensive knowledge of musical theory which he incorporates in his lessons in a way that is easy to digest and practically relevant to guitarist of all levels and musical persuasions. He well suited of absolute beginners who are at the very beginning of their journey at a musician, all the way through to competent and skilled guitarist who are seeking to push the boundaries of their craft.

Michael is well versed in a very broad varieties of genres, playing styles and techniques. He helped me hone my skills in my preferred genres and exposed me to new styles and techniques that have elevated my playing further and faster that I ever expected.

As a teacher and a mentor, Michael is unfailingly professional in his approach to his lessons, all the while, maintaining a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. He is attentive to his students' needs and goals and is incredibly supportive.

I am the guitarist, one of the students who was taught by the distinguished professor and artist, Mike.
That's when I was a student at Kangan Institute in the music industry department.
It was the most important and happiest period in my artistic and musical life because this wonderful person gave me a lot of his musical skills with sincerity and dedication. As he is a capable musician and possesses great skills in playing and technical in all styles of music for guitar + comprehensive music theory + vocals.
And most important of all, he has more care for the students than they do by following them up on all the details without feeling tired or bored.
I would also like to give a big thanks for teaching me music, as I now have good skills and technique in playing guitar and singing at the same time.
