I like to empower my students by giving them the opportunity to speak about their own health and movement experiences and what their goals are as an individual. Other than giving them a one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness, we then create strategies that will work for them. This may be just improving their daily lifestyle habits or it may be creating a plan to help them achieve in their sport.
I have ten years experience in the gym and fitness industry and am currently furthering my studies in Sport and Exercise Science at Southern Cross University.
I currently teach a secondary school PE class each week as part of their sports program.
My background is in holistic movement, health and nutrition and my goal is to educate adolescents in leading a healthy, active lifestyle.
