I have been the senior teaching associate for undergraduate courses at Monash University and take an innovative approach towards teaching. This has led to an active discussion of ideas between students and myself, further enhancing the learning experience. The diversity of students I have taught has allowed me to interact with students from many different cultures, which has been a valuable and rewarding experience.
I give students notes on every topic and explain them and do problems related to every topic and finally doing the problem set for the whole chapter once its finished.
I give worksheet or homework to students after every class and conduct small tests in between sessions so that it keeps the students updated with what they have learnt in the previous sessions. I can also travel to the homes or teach at library as well.

I worked on synthesis of bioactive bismuth compounds which can be used for the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcers and the antimicrobial activity of these complexes against Helicobacter pylori. The qualifications above and my experience as a Research assistant gave me extensive experience in characterization techniques through use of spectroscopic tools such as NMR, IR, Powder and Single crystal X-ray crystallography,DSC-TGA and UV-Visible. I am also familiar in using chemistry databases such as chemdraw, topsin (for NMR), scifinder, pubmed (for research literature), SHELXL (for crystallography), Platon (for crystallography) and Diamond (for crystallography) etc.
