I base my classes on fundamental movements that help kids become more coordinated, focused and fit! My approach will help you become more confident in sports and the classroom. My lesson structure for any fitness/PE class is: a warm up, stength drills, a fitness component and stretching/mindfulness.
I am a primary school teacher, I teach in the classroom and PE. I have been teaching for 2 years, in 2 different countries and 2 different states in Australia! I am also studying to become a nutritionist. I do crossfit in my spare time, throwing in swimming, and running too. I love to keep active, explore the outdoors and cook.
