Methodology
Qualified and experienced Primary Teacher who focuses on individual success and growth by finding out how your child learns best! Learning must be engaging and fun where the lessons are driven by the students and what they want to achieve. No two lessons are the same as all students vary in their abilities and capabilities. Lesson focuses on achieving small goals each session to reach a greater goal.
Background
I have worked in the Primary Years for 5 years, working with students from a range of backgrounds and needs. I have worked with students who need support to reach Year level standard across all of the learning areas and also with students to extend their knowledge and achieve their full potential. My practice is centered around student led learning approaches and Growth Mindset.
Subjects taught: English Prep-6, Mathematics Prep-6, Science, Humanities, Reading, Literacy and Numeracy Skills Prep-6.
