- The typical length for the lesson is 1 hour. It can be flexible depends on the needs of different students.
- Structure lesson plan for each level if required
- Can teach all the strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, survival strokes/treading water)
- The lessons can be in the public pool at ANU or a private indoor pool in an apartment in Phillip.
- The first lesson is half price as a trial
